Our team

María Nelly

Founding Partner

Has a degree in semiotics from the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales - Sorbonne University in Paris-France. She is a founding partner of ESIT. She has been a university professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Ricardo Palma University and at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences. She has developed three decades of fruitful career as a translator and interpreter with multilateral entities, national governments, companies, civil society organizations, academic institutions and NGOs in the vast range of topics that so many different entities deal with in their publications and conferences in English, Spanish and French.

Sandra

Founding Partner

Is a graduate in translation from the École de Traduction et d'Interprétation, University of Geneva, Switzerland and a founding partner of ESIT. She has been successfully working as a translator from and into Spanish, German, English and French for more than 30 years in Peru and international markets. At the same time, she works as a simultaneous and consecutive interpreter on the most diverse topics, both for the private sector and for national and international public bodies. Thanks to new technological advances, she is now developing the former activity through virtual media as a new challenge in her career.

Constanza

Partner

Has a degree in Humanities from the Sorbonne University in Paris, France, and a postgraduate degree in management from the IFM. She has worked for Esit since 2014, as a partner, interpreter and translator. Her working languages are English, Spanish and French, and she has experience in areas such as economics and finance, development, social sciences, communication and marketing, creative industries, among others.

Isabel

General Manager

Is a business manager specialized in marketing and she holds a diploma in CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Throughout her 15 years of work at ESIT, she has been in charge of the administrative and customer service areas. As part of this task, she provides advice, coordinates projects and ensures service quality.

Sandra

Senior Sales Executive and Coordinator

Holds a bachelor's degree in communication sciences from the University of Lima and has 20 years of experience serving and advising clients in the interpretation and translation industry. She also has successful experience coordinating multilingual events, translation and interpretation services (virtual and face-to-face), and subtitling and dubbing services.

Sidney

Interpreter

Is an economist and professional translator and interpreter graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University - Peru and the Sorbonne University - France. He also has a Diploma in Advanced Studies in Language and Literature from the University of Cambridge, and a Diploma in Translation from the Institute of Linguists of London. He has worked for numerous organizations, based in Peru and abroad, both public, private and multilateral. Experienced in economics, administration, mining and mining machinery, law and contracts, engineering, and miscellaneous, he is also dedicated to editing and proofreading texts (articles, magazines, books) in English and Spanish.

Jean Pierre

Interpreter

Has twelve years of working experience as an interpreter in English and Spanish. He has participated in numerous events and field missions. He specializes in law enforcement issues. In this area, he has worked with police forces, military, magistrates and prosecutors from several countries and covered topics such as forensic studies, the fight against drugs, and the fight against terrorism, among others. He also has experience in other subjects, such as trade, mining and creative and cultural industry.
